As a business owner, Brenda understands being time poor, hence her passion for short but high intensity workouts. Brenda’s programs are designed so that you can achieve your fitness goals in a high intensity, fun environment efficiently, and get back to life. Brenda also runs a number of ‘Ride’ and ‘Dash’ classes which are the perfect way to get your adrenaline pumping and to release those feel good endorphins.
