Chris has been in the Fitness Industry for 25 years. Group Fitness is her passion but she also has a desire to help clients live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Chris loves to create tailored training that not only motivates but also empowers individuals to continually challenge themselves in fun and rewarding ways. Whatever the goal or fitness level, Chris sees her role to motivate, support and offer an enjoyable experience.
