STUDIO 1 - SPIN ROOM
Our state of the art cycling studio with world class Stages bikes offer you the ultimate group cycling experience whether you are a new rider or elite in your sport. Our signature classes blend high-octane power and pace, for a full body workout. Whether you’re counting calories or logging in-depth interval statistics, Stages Power technology provides the most accurate results.
Ride blends high intensity low impact cardio and muscular strength training that allows you to track and measure your progress. This class is designed to get you maximum results, burn fat, tone muscles and improve your cardiovascular fitness. A contagious atmosphere, riding to the music will leave you feeling upbeat and pushed to your next level.
Intensity intervals including sprints along with neuromuscular power and anaerobic efforts. The explosiveness of this session will help you reach your peak performance getting you results in no time!
STUDIO 2 - CARDIO ROOM
Training by yourself can be challenging. Try our fun and trainer led group training classes to help reinvigorate your motivation. Boasting over 100m2 of functional workout space Studio 2 caters for a wide range of classes including high intensity, circuit, Yoga, Pilates, functional and body balance. The room is equipped separately from the main gym with weights, steps, bosu balls, mats and more to provide a seamless workout environment. Also fitted with reverse cycle air-conditioning for climate training Studio 2 has a variety of fun group classes led by experienced trainers to mix up your workouts.
A restorative and slow-paced style of yoga with longer held poses that help to Improve organ health, immune system whilst Increasing circulation & flexibility. This 60 minute class will help to open up the body and connective tissues perfect for runners, athletes and those who want the ultimate relaxation.

Work your body with 45 minutes of high-energy, intense conditioning. A full mobilising warm-up is the foundation for a dynamic circuit that combines weights and floor work to challenge you right to the core. Built for strength, stamina, agility and all-round athleticism.
A barbell class that gives you a total body workout. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements. This class will burn fat, increase strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.
Abs, Butt & Thighs (ABT) 60mins
An energising workout ideal for those looking to shape, grow and tone targeted muscle groups in a fun and energetic group environment.
Muscle toning, fat burning, weight loss, cardiovascular, endurance.
TRX - Suspension Training 45mins
Put your whole body to the test with this challenging time under tension and long intervals workout that will build muscular endurance, a strong core and a lean physique. Exercise that will hone balance, coordination and boost strength.

A gentle low impact class designed to unlock your body from pain and help you move with more freedom in everyday life. This class aims to increase strength flexibility balance in a friendly and social environment.
Dance Fusion 45mins
Dance Fusion… A high intensity class blending Aerobics and Dance into a fun filled 45 minute high energy workout! Dance Fusion provides you with freedom of movement and expression through easy to learn dance moves, Salsa, Latin, Funk, Hip hop, Jive and more! Get those toes tapping, that heart singing and sweat dripping with this super fun workout!
STUDIO 3 - GYM FLOOR
O2 Performance is proud of its commitment to the environment and want to ensure their members know it. Instead of working out on just any treadmill, bike or cross trainer why not contribute to the environments health whilst doing it in our dedicated Green Zone. Using a grid tiered inverter and tracked through a user-friendly app available on iPhone or android, you are able to record and download your data. The power you generate on the cardio equipment will be sent back into the electrical grid to help power the facility.

Stretch, Mobility, Trigger 30mins
30mins dedicated to help prevent injuries and strengthen and maximise joint function. A focus on muscular activation and mobility exercises using thera bands and trigger point balls. The ultimate functional mobility session for any athlete runner or gym goer.
O2 Kidz 45mins
Age 6 – 14 years.
A 45min class designed to help empower and inspire children through fitness. Each session aims to break down the different components of fitness such as strength, flexibility, agility and co-ordination through fun and engaging exercises using agility ladders, reaction balls, jump bands, team challenges and a whole lot more.
The Flexi Lunch Burner 90mins
A workout starting every 3mins to so you can jump in at any point and not have to stress about missing a class start time if you are running late at work. A series of 12, 3 minute stations combining body weight, cardio, resistance and core training to give you a full body workout to help you tone up and burn calories. Do as many stations as you can fit in and our personal trainer will lead you through the circuit to make sure you keep perfect form.
Lift and Row 45mins
Warrior Training 45mins
A freestyle circuit incorporating a variety of weights and conditioning exercises to get your heart rate going. A great alternative to your everyday workouts, warrior training will have you gaining strength and losing weight quickly.
STUDIO 4 - VARIOUS
A 60+ metre indoor/outdoor Olympic standard sprint track spans the length of the gym and is perfect for sprint and conditioning training in all weather. With built in timing gates up to 40-metres and run rockets available to provide resistance, the running track is suitable for beginners and elite athletes alike. When not being used for running the track provides additional space for group and functional training.
