Using evidence-based training, her goal is to help you become strong, not just physically, but mentally as well. She has always been active, playing sport for the majority of her life before transitioning into the gym space around six years ago. She has acquired her knowledge through years of study in exercise science and strength & conditioning and complimented that with experience from mentors and over five years’ experience training a variety of people from general population to athletes.
Izzy wants to help her clients develop long term habits that help them to be the best version of themselves, not just today, but every day. Her clients will see results and have fun along the way.
