Katrina believes that clients need to enjoy their workouts, at least to a certain extent. She likes to take clients beyond where they will take themselves, while ensuring that still enjoy themselves and looking forward to their next session.
Katrina watches her clients and try to watch my clients and adapt to how they are handling it. I will also make any necessary changes for injuries, or things you may not yet be comfortable with.
As a working mum, Katrina understands the challenges balancing a busy schedule whilst still making time to live an active lifestyle. She is passionate about helping people find balance as well as working with teenagers to focus on health and wellbeing, over aesthetics, and to feel good about themselves.
