Sylviane focuses on props and body weight in all of her training with an emphasis on mind and body connection. Her philosophy is that fitness should be fun and enjoyed but still challenging. Sylviane specialises in pilates, kickboxing, step, weight training, jump rope, slide and more and provides tough and varied workouts to ensure ongoing results in both one on one and group training environments.

In the fitness industry for over 20 years, Sylviane never stops learning, ensuring she is always up to speed with the latest training techniques and incorporating them in her classes and training.
