Jordan Dodd

Jordan’s passion for training started many years ago when he first got involved in sports. From the ages of 8-18, he was heavily involved in soccer, track and field athletics and football. Throughout those years, he gained a love for sport and the importance of training, not only for the physical aspect, but for the influence it can have on the mind as well. Over the last decade Jordan has been heavily involved in resistance training and that continued passion for the industry led him to study into the science behind sport and training, and the importance of fuelling our bodies to perform at their peak. While completing his Sports Science Degree at UniSC he worked heavily in resistance training, sports specific - youth strength and conditioning, general fitness and weight loss. Since completing his degree in 2022, he has worked largely in physical rehab with a local allied health business.        

Jordan’s approach with his clients, is to support their journey and work with them to ensure they reach their optimal performance level, whether in their chosen sport, in the gym, or just moving and feeling better in day-to-day life.

Qualifications: Diploma in Sport and Fitness, Bachelor of Sport Studies (major: Sport and Exercise Nutrition)
