STUDIO 1 - SPIN ROOM


Our stationary cycle studio is unlike anything on the Sunshine Coast. Fitted out with top of the line STAGES Cycling bikes, two hand cranks, large projector screen, and tiered flooring it offers a wide range of group classes designed to make you move. The larger projection enhances the interactive classes and the tiered flooring assists all cyclists visibility. Reverse cycle air-conditioning allows for climate training with a wide variety of classes available is suited to help everyone reach their fitness goals.


STUDIO 2 - CARDIO ROOM


Training by yourself can be demotivating. Try our fun and trainer led group training classes to help reinvigorate your motivation. Boasting over 100 square metres of functional workout space, Studio 2 caters for a wide range of classes including Circuit, Yoga, Pilates, Glutes and Core, and Body Blast. The room is equipped separately from the main gym with weights, steps, bosu balls, mats and more to provide a seamless workout environment. Also fitted with reverse cycle air-conditioning for climate training, Studio 2 has a variety of fun group classes led by experienced trainers to mix up your workouts.


ASTRO TURF


European and USA standard artificial grass has been incorporated into the gym and links the gym to the sprint track. This large area is suitable for group work, functional training and agility drills. Keiser functional trainers are also available in this area and provide great resistance training options.


SPRINT TRACK


A 60 metre indoor/outdoor Olympic standard sprint track spans the length of the gym and is perfect for sprint and conditioning training in all weather. With built in timing gates up to 40 metres and run rockets available to provide resistance, the running track is suitable for beginners and elite athletes alike. When not being used for running, the track provides additional space for group and functional training.


CARDIO


With expansive windows framing picturesque views of Lake Kawana, equipped with over 40 of the latest cardio machines from Synergy Fitness, O2 Performance has the best cardio zone on the Sunshine Coast. In addition to the crowd favourites such as treadmills, bikes, cross trainers, rowers and stair climbers. O2 Performance also provides inclusive training options with hand cranks and adaptive machines. The treadmills have 22” screens with mirroring capabilities for Apple and Android users.


LIGHT LIFTING ZONE


Free weight lifting zones can be intimidating, especially with big weights all around. Because of this, we have seperated our lifting zones into a light and heavy section. Our light zone weights range from 1kg - 17.5kg and include all of our cable pulleys, two smith machines and light weight barbells. It’s the perfect area to focus on building muscle while not being around the big weights.


HEAVY LIFTING ZONE


The heavy lifting zone is where the compound movements begin. Here you will find dumbbells from 20kg up to 70kg, bench presses, chest-supported rows, leg presses, hack squats and a huge range of pin-loaded machines! Now don’t be fooled by its name, this area is still very beneficial for every training style.


LIFTING RACKS/PLATFORMS


Our lifting platforms is the perfect environment to own your compound exercise goals! With eight platforms total, there is enough space for any time of day. Carefully located behind the main gym floor, each platform is equipped with its own set of bumper plates, bench and squat rack. Come and try these out for yourself!
