I've walked the walk through every stage of life that might bring you to me. I've competed in 12 body sculpting competitions (yep, at 35-37!), trained through pregnancy and the wild ride of new motherhood, navigated the chaos of being a busy mum, and now I'm deep in my own perimenopause journey. I know firsthand how frustrating it can be when your body doesn't respond like it used to, which is why I've equipped myself with specialized training to support women through these transitions.
