Tasmyn has been a fully qualified personal trainer since 2016. For the past seven years, she has worked with a wide range of clients at local gyms on the Sunshine Coast. Tasmyn specialises in working with women who want to transform their lifestyle, nutrition and body composition through long-term and sustainable habits, without resorting to fitness and health fads.

By combining strength training with a sound understanding of the concept of 'energy balance' (nutritional intake), Tasmyn simplifies everything that can be complex about the health and fitness industry.
